Physical therapists are trained and licensed movement experts. They can diagnose and treat a range of injuries, disabilities, and health conditions. Physical therapists aim to improve a person’s range of movement, strength, and quality of life and prevent further injury or disability. A physical therapist helps take care of patients in all phases of healing, from initial diagnosis to restorative and preventive stages of recovery. Physical therapy may be a standalone option, or it may support other treatments.
As a patient, you have the right to receive physical therapy at any place of your choosing. Here at Complete Performance Physical Therapy, we pride ourselves on providing high standards of care with advanced treatment methods which helps to have a faster recovery. Due to being a privately owned clinic, we have the opportunity of doing one on one treatments in a friendly and positive environment tailored to patient’s specific needs.
No. The State of Texas allows you to see a Fellowship Trained Physical Therapist for 15 business days without a referral. Once this time frame has passed, a referral is required. Please check with your insurance though as many health insurance plans require a physician’s referral for therapy to be covered. We also offer treatments and services that do NOT require a referral and are available on a self-pay basis.
We are currently working on credentialing to participate in most major health insurance plans. For now, we are cash based to allow us to be able to treat one on one to better provide quality of care. While cash is an acceptable form of payment, patients are also able to pay with checks, major credit and debit cards, as well as FSA and HSA accounts.
We accept the following plans:
- Aetna (Medicare Advantage PPO; Benefit Plan)
- Cigna (Benefit Plan)
- Wellcare (Medicare Advantage HMO; Benefit Plan)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO and PPO plans for TX
- United Healthcare
- Traditional Medicare
- We are currently able to see Tricare with out of network benefits while we finish getting credentialed.
